Shipping and Delivery

B-TAG SOLUTIONS DOO will make every effort to deliver your order within the agreed-upon time frame, but we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by shipping carriers or other circumstances beyond our control.

You are responsible for inspecting your order upon delivery and for reporting any damages or defects to B-TAG SOLUTIONS DOO within 48 hours of receipt.

Returns and Refunds

B-TAG SOLUTIONS DOO will accept returns of defective products within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service department. We will provide you with instructions for returning the product.

Warranty

B-TAG SOLUTIONS DOO provides a one-year warranty on all products sold, unless otherwise specified. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship and does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or damages caused by misuse
